As part of its 9th Anniversary Celebrations, Meridian Technologies held an Award Function and the First lucky draw on 23rd January, 2010. The objective of the function was to award the outstanding students on their academic achievements. It was attended by all the students, staff and their families.
Events for the day started with a quiz and display of projects developed by the students of the centres. The project display competition and the quiz had been going on in the centres for a week. This was followed by a Testimony Session by the Alumni of Meridian Technlogies who shared their experiences after graduation and how the skills they acquired while studying for the courses have benefitted them in their professional career. Thereafter an open house Quiz was held followed by Meridian Ambassador – Male and Female competitions.
The Awards were distributed for Most Consistent Student, IT Quiz winners, Best Presentations and Best Projects. This was followed by the Lucky Draw. As part of the 9th Anniversary Celebration, every student who enrolls at Meridian Technologies is assured of a gift, which include Laptops, Blackberry phones, Toshiba Camcoders, APC Mobile Chargers, Executive Folders, Organisers, Flash Drives and T-shirts.
